أذن صاحب السمو الملكي الامير سعود بن عبدالمحسن بن عبدالعزيز امير منطقة حائل رئيس الهيئة العليا لتطوير منطقة حائل رئيس اللجنة العليا المنظمة لرالي حائل الدولي 2009 بانطلاق سيارة المتسابق التشيكي ميروسلاف زابيتال وملاحه ومواطنه توماس اوريدنيك من فريق أوف رود سبورت على متن ميتسوبيشي باجيرو ليكون أول المنطلقين للجولة الاستعراضية التأهلية قرب منتزه المغواة مقر رالي حائل 2009 ظهر اليوم الثلاثاء الذي يقام بتنظيم من الهيئة العليا لتطوير حائل والاتحاد العربي السعودي للسيارات والدراجات النارية ودعم الهيئة العامة للسياحة والاثار.
